Apologies for going so quiet all at once. Our schedule got thrown out the window after a bump on the noggin. Yup, did the first trip to the emergency room with a kiddo. It is rather impressive actually that we made it so long without a trip to the ER.
She did a little damage and needs a lot of rest. But for now, the world is a confusing place for her. She is worried about getting behind in school. And she has so much trouble focusing. Breaks my heart.
Everyone tells me she'll be fine. . .give it a week or so.
But in the meantime, she has to try to rest (never easy) and not fall too far behind in school. Plus she has to miss her tournament this weekend. That one hurts.
Poor babe.
