Yesterday we went to Mass. . .on time thank you despite my phone failing to update the time.
When we got there, we discovered that there were no servers. Mass had already started and my girls were certain it was not their turn to serve. But there we were, in (almost) the front pew and no one was serving.
The girls talked quickly and quietly. One was not comfortable serving in the outfit she was wearing (not all skirts and shoes are the best attire for serving). The other one was reluctant to serve by herslef.
But she went and dressed in the robe and served anyway.
Well done young lady. Well done.
